In-Person Support Sessions
One-on-one, in-person support sessions are designed to feel approachable and supportive—not formal or intimidating.
We’ll meet in a quiet, neutral setting for a meaningful, face-to-face conversation where you can share your unique situation at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and identify practical ways to move forward.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. I offer compassionate, one-on-one relationship support for individuals facing personal challenges, relationship struggles, or seasons of emotional overwhelm. My goal is to help you strengthen your relationships—and just as importantly, deepen the relationship you have with yourself.

“I felt like my mom didn’t want a relationship with me. I didn’t want to be another young woman who didn’t get along with her mother. I wanted to make peace with who I had as a mom and how I grew up. I finally found that peace which feels like freedom.” AH
